Janet Loren has been teaching and working with students at a college level for over 15 years. She was an adjunct professor of Marketing in the Lubin School of Business at Pace University. Janet brings in-depth experience from inside the college culture and as a student advisor. She also adds her personal knowledge of the private school system. She is a member of the International Honor Society of Business and the International Honor Society of Economics.
In order to maintain a database of information on schools, colleges, and universities, Pearl and Janet visit dozens of institutions every year. The purpose of these visits is to learn firsthand about each institution’s personality, requirements and special programs. This knowledge enables them to assist clients in the selection and admission process by reducing wasted time and effort and targeting institutions that best fit each student’s situations.
For over 30 years Pearl Glassman Educational Counseling has been guiding students through the college selection and admissions process. They have counseled over 1000 students whose goals have been to pursue everything from engineering to acting.
