Millburn Township's Memorial Day parade, like in 2009, will start at the Short Hills train station and will proceed down Short Hills Avenue, turn left on Millburn Avenue and then turn right onto Main Street. Unlike last year, this year's parade will start at 11:00 am.
Like last year the Chatham Community Band will participate in the parade, after doing the Madison parade earlier in the morning. The band will be last and will end the parade with a short, 15 to 20 minute concert from their float alongside Taylor Park were the parade goers will be gathering for the memorial ceremony.
Like last year members of the Chatham Community Band Brass Ensemble, a.k.a. Chatham Brass, will play at the American Legion at 200 Main Street where hot dogs and drinks are to be served after the memorial ceremony.
