Tara is a female Buddha, a manifestation of the ultimate wisdom of all the buddhas. By reciting the twenty-one verses of praise, we shall receive inconceivable benefits. These praises are very powerful because they are the actual words of Buddha.

This practice is done at Kadampa Centers around the world. It's a very joyful and empowering practice. An amazing way of launching the New Year.

The sessions begin at 5:30 pm, 11:15 pm on Saturday and 3:30 am, 7:30 am, 11:30 am, and 3:30 pm on Sunday.
