Join Greenwood’s founder, Peter Blanchard III, on an energetic two-hour hike. Beginning at the Tea House, the walk will explore Greenwood’s formal gardens and allées before continuing into the deep forest of South Mountain Reservation. The biology and natural history of leaf color change will be a focus. Sneakers or hiking shoes are a must. Please bring a beverage/water and a spirit of inquisitiveness.
