VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL REGISTRATION

Registration for Vacation Bible School at Community Congregational Church is open.  VBS:PandaMania! takes place Aug. 29 - Sept. 2 from 9am to 2pm for children age 3 through 5th Grade.  Register at www.CommunityChurch.org.

Program Overview:

Welcome to Vacation Bible School at Community Congregational Church! A wonderful week of fun and learning while growing in faith awaits your children!

Vacation Bible School activities, with craft, games, cooking, music, science and drama classes, help children explore a classic Bible story each day, while learning a practical lesson that relates to their experience as Pre-K and elementary school children.

At Community Congregational Church, we welcome all people, regardless of past or present denomination or church affiliation.  Our
congregation is made up of individuals and families from at least 16 different church backgrounds, who express a desire to live a Christian life, guided by the core teachings of Jesus Christ.  Our faith and beliefs are as numerous as there are members - each person is encouraged to discover what he/she believes about God, faith and practice. 

We invite you to think of Community Church as your church home and join us for Family Worship on Sunday mornings at 10:30am (9:30am during the summer months).

Program Details

Vacation Bible School is held Monday, Aug. 29^th - Friday, Sept. 2^nd from 9am to 2pm for children age 3 through 5^th Grade. Students entering 6th grade and older may participate by filling out the Volunteer Registration Form.

Program Cost

Costs for our VBS program consist of two parts:

1. Registration Fees cover program costs, such as staff, curriculum and materials.
2. Parent Participation, with each family providing a few hours of onsite help, allows us to keep our Registration Fee low, as it means we don’t have to hire additional
   staff.

There is a tiered Registration Fee schedule.  Members are offered the benefit of a discount on Registration Fees and the waiving of any late fees.  If you would like information about becoming a member, please contact Jennifer@CommunityChurch.org.  

Our tiered Registration Fee schedule is as follows:  Members:  $100 per child; Non-Members:  $125 per child; Late Registration (Non-Members Only) - On or after August 1^st:  an additional fee of $15/child; On or after August 29^th: an additional fee of $25/child.

Registration Fees are non-refundable.  Additionally, your registration is not confirmed until your payment in full is received.  If it is not received within 2 weeks, your registration will be cancelled.

Registration Packet

After we receive your registration form, you will receive a Registration Packet in the mail with the following:

• a welcome letter withmore information about the week
• a medical release form
• an invoice for your payment per child, due within 2 weeks of registration
• a Parent Volunteer Form

Visit our website (www.CommunityChurch.org) and click on the VBS Banner.  Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “Click Here to Register.”  This will take you to our registration page.  Click on "Student Registration" on the left side of the page to register your child.  Please fill out a separate registration form for each child.
