Fifth Graders Moving Up to Middle School
The elementary schools hold stepping forward ceremonies for the fifth graders.
Monday was graduation for Millburn High School seniors, Tuesday was moving up day for Millburn Middle School eighth graders and Wednesday was the day for fifth graders to take their steps forward.
Each of the elementary schools held moving up ceremonies for their fifth graders. The students will move on to Millburn Middle School for sixth grade, but they've already met some of their future classmates at field day and TGIF night.
Readers Larry Claman, Jude Huang and Lisa Helmacy submitted these photos from Hartshorn, South Mountain and Deerfield. Want to submit photos from your elementary school's ceremony? Send them to jen@patch.com or login and post them here.
