Florham Park Man Crashes ATV In Millburn: DWI Arrest

Millburn, NJ – Millburn police arrested an ATV-riding man last week after he was allegedly involved in a DWI crash on Passaic Avenue, authorities say.

According to the Millburn Police Department, Santos Rodriguez-Ocasio, 28, of Florham Park was arrested after crashing his ATV on Passaic Avenue on June 25.

Emergency responders transported Rodriguez-Ocasio to St. Barnabas Hospital following the crash, where he was treated for a minor injury, police said.

Authorities later charged Rodriguez-Ocasio with DWI, being an unlicensed driver and two ATV violations.
