Genius Gems To Open STEM ‘Learn And Play Space’ In Millburn
Genius Gems announced plans to open a 5,000 square-foot location in Millburn.

MILLBURN, NJ — Genius Gems, a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics)-based learn and play space, recently announced plans to open a location in Millburn.
According to a company news release, the 5,000 square-foot facility at 215 Millburn Avenue will offer visitors:
- STEM-based activities and classes
- free wi-fi
- snacks/beverages and STEM based products for purchase
- a “parents’ lounge”

“Genius Gems will offer unique and engaging STEM classes and field trips designed by experienced educators with topics including Little Engineers, Robotics, LED Lights and Circuits, Girls Who Invent and Arts/Architecture. In addition, Genius Gems will host special events for the holidays and cultural celebrations, drop in and play, birthday parties, girls’ nights out, Dads’ Build-a-Thons, Mom’s Meet Ups, PTA Fundraisers and Corporate Events.”
The Millburn Genius Gems will begin hosting classes during the week of May 7 through June 15 and will offer daily morning classes for 2 to 3-year-olds (caregiver attendance required) as well as age-specific, after-school drop-off classes for ages 4 to 12.
Summer camp will begin the week of June 25 and run to August 24. Morning and afternoon sessions are available and parents have the flexibility of signing up for one week at a time. General admission for the Genius Gems experience is $15 per person (plus tax) during open play and children under 2 are free.
