Health Fair In Millburn Will Have Free Screening, Low-Cost Work

The Millburn health fair will include a free hearing screening, low-cost blood work and flu vaccines.

The Millburn Health Department will be having a fall health fair on Wednesday, Oct. 10, 2018 from 10:00am-12:00pm at the Millburn Library, 200 Glen Ave, Millburn on the second floor.

The health fair will feature a variety of exhibitors that will offer information, giveaways, and screenings. A free hearing screening will be provided, nutrition information, diabetes information and more. Additionally, blood work will be available for reasonable prices. Fasting is required for some of the blood work. The blood work registration form can be found online by visiting www.twp.millburn.nj.us and then going to the health department page.

Pre-registration for the blood work is preferred but not required. Flu vaccines will also be available during the health fair to adults only who are 18 and over. Flu vaccines are no cost with Medicare Part B and $20 for all others. For questions about the health fair, feel free to contact the health department at 973-535-7961, ext. 227 or 228.
