Heart Healthy Living

The Millburn Free Public Library is pleased to welcome Margaret Jones from Overlook Medical Center to present Heart Healthy Living on Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at 10:00am, in the auditorium.

About half of all Americans have at least one of the three main risk factors for heart disease. Join us for an overview of how the heart works, three of the most common heart conditions and what you can do to live heart healthy and reduce your risk.

This program will be presented by Margaret Jones, RN BSN, Complex Care Coordinator, Heart Success Program at Overlook Medical Center.
