Heroin Arrest At Millburn Train Station: Police

Joseph Underhill also had a crack pipe, police said.

MILLBURN, NJ - A 41-year-old Morristown man was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to the Millburn Township Police.

According to authorities, Millburn Police Officer Laverty responded to the Millburn Train Station on a suspicious person report where the investigation led to the arrest of Joseph Underhill possession of heroin and possession of a crack pipe.

Underhill was issued a summons and released.
