Hillside Man Charged With DUI: Millburn Cops

MILLBURN, NJ - Esau Peterson, 53, of Hillside was arrested and charged with driving under the influence on Sept. 13 according to police. Millburn Police Officer Donald Royce stopped a 2007 Lexus near the intersection of Route 24 and Hobart Gap Road for failure to maintain its lane.

After a brief investigation the driver, Peterson, was arrested and brought to police headquarters for processing. Peterson was issued a summons and released.
