Garage to give give away free scoops on what is forecast to be the hottest day so far this year.
On a day when temperatures are expected to climb to their highest so far this season, the Garage is kicking off summer with free scoops of ice cream.
Owners of the Garage invite patrons to celebrate Free Scoop-Day, when ice-cream fans get their first scoop of the homemade ice cream for free from 3 to 8 p.m. today.
The National Weather Service predicts that today's high will reach 97 degrees and it will be humid so it will feel even hotter.
