Item: 12 Year Olds Win Second Straight Title

The Millburn-Short Hills 12-year-old Cal Ripken team won it's second straight Cal Ripken Northern New Jersey Tournament championship when it beat Union City 7-2, according to a report from The Item.

The game started on Sunday, but weather conditions forced the game to be completed on Monday. Millburn was down 2-1 when play was halted Sunday, but the baseball team rallied on Monday to win the game.
