Jackals Clinch Can-Am Championship Berth

The New Jersey Jackals have clinched their second consecutive Can-Am League championship series berth and will face the Quebec Capitales in a seven-game series beginning Sept. 5 in Quebec City.

Now that they've clinched, the Jackals finish the regular season knowing they've earned a spot in the championship series. 

The Jackals will face the three-time defending champion Capitales in a best-of-seven series that pits the two teams against each other for the second year in a row. 

Quebec will host the first two games next Wednesday and Thursday before the series switches to Yogi Berra Stadium for Games 3-5 on Sept. 7-9. If the series goes more than five games, they will return to Quebec for Games 6 and 7 on Sept. 10 and 11.

Tickets for the Yogi Berra Stadium games 3 and 4 are on sale now. Tickets for Game 5, if necessary, will not go on sale until after Game 4.
