SHORT HILLS, NJ – An amalgamation of dance, personal training, yoga and advanced anatomy are all colliding within the walls of the new Kika Stretch Studio opening Oct. 15. The studio, located on the second floor at 38 Chatham Road, is the fourth of its kind.

“I am thrilled that my dream for so many years has come to fruition and I have the opportunity to share The Kika Method and Kika Stretch Studios with businesses nationally,” said owner Hakika V. Wise. “I am so excited for what the future has in store for Kika Stretch Studios.”

According to Wise, The Kika Method is a form of passive stretching in which an external force exerts upon the limb to move it into the new position. The benefits are mental clarity, improved posture, decreased stress , enhanced performance, improved flexibility, and much more.
