Late Summer Spaces Still Available at the Cora Hartshorn Arboretum Summer Nature Discovery Camp

Spaces are still available for the Cora Hartshorn Arboretum Nature Discovery Summer Camp, currently being held through August 19, 2016, Monday through Friday. Led by a staff of experienced environmental educators, this summer camp experience promotes an interest in nature and environmental science while fostering a protective attitude toward our planet. Campers participate in a variety of hands-on creative activities that incorporate discovery through art, science and imagination.

Enrollment is open for all sessions, and campers may register for any number of week-long sessions. Turtle Tots Summer Camp, for ages 3 years to Kindergarten, is available for a morning session (9:00am – 12 noon) and an afternoon session (12:30 pm – 3:30 pm). Explorers Summer Camp, for campers entering 1st to 3rd grades, is held from 9:00 am – 3:30 pm. Hawks, for campers entering 4th and 5th grades, is also held from 9:00 am – 3:30 pm.
