Lobster Roll Recipe: Strip House Restaurant In Essex County

Cook like the pros with this handy summer recipe.

“Nothing says summer more than a classic Lobster Roll,” says Mathew Glazier of The Glazier Group, which owns & operates Strip House at the Westminster Hotel in Livingston.

“It’s the most popular item on our new summer menu,” Glazier attests. “We add richness by layering slices of fresh avocado on top and serving it with a generous portion of house-made fingerling potato chips.”
