Man Charged With $3K Bloomingdale's Fraud: Millburn Police

Brooklyn man arrested for theft by deception.

MILLBURN, NJ - Brooklyn resident Kayleen Otero, 20, was arrested on Oct. 15 and charged with theft by deception, according to the Millburn Police Department.

According to officials, Officer Hunt responded to Bloomingdale's on a fraud report. Bloomingdale's personnel told Hunt that Otero attempted to pick up a fraudulently made purchase valued at $3510.78.

Otero was placed under arrest and charged with theft by deception before being released on a summons, police said.
