Man Jailed On Warrants After Traffic Stop: Millburn Police
Jaiquan Waters was remanded to the Essex County Correctional Facility.
MILLBURN, NJ - A 23-year-old Newark man was remanded to the Essex County Correctional Facility after a traffic stop on Feb. 15.
According to authorities, Millburn Police Officer Crawn stopped a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee for having front tinted windows. The driver, Jaiquan Waters of Newark, was found to have a suspended driver's license and a warrant from the Essex County Sheriff's Department, police said.
Waters was placed under arrest and found to be in possession of a controlled dangerous substance, marijuana, and in possession of fireworks, police said.

Waters was issued a summons and remanded to the Essex County Correctional Facility.
