As of Thursday, the campaign has raised almost $10,000.
Along with other Millburn officers, Cassels was honored for his work in arresting two Russian immigrants who allegedly installed a credit card skimmer in the township in 2012. The arrest kept untold numbers of people from having their credit card numbers stolen, Millburn's police chief said.
