Millburn Cops: Car Theft, 2 Burglaries Reported In One Day
The incidents took place on Long Hill and Delbarton Drive and near the Millburn Post Office, police say.

Millburn, NJ – A motor vehicle theft and two attempted burglaries were reported in Millburn last week, authorities stated.
According to the Millburn Police Department, the following incidents are under investigation:
- On March 10, a Millburn police officer responded to a Long Hill Drive residence on a motor vehicle theft report. The resident reported leaving the vehicle, 2014 Land Rover, in the driveway on March 9 at 11 p.m. and noticing it missing on March 10 at 10 a.m.
- On March 10, a Millburn resident reported that an attempted burglary to his vehicle occurred on Feb. 21. The resident reported parking his 2003 Toyota Tacoma near the Millburn Post Office for an hour, and when he returned, he found damage to his driver side door handle. A further check showed a tool lodged in the door panel of his vehicle that had been used to attempt entry.
- On March 10, a Millburn police officer responded to a Delbarton Drive residence on a report of burglaries to the two vehicles in the driveway. The resident reported that their 2013 Nissan Murano and 2010 Mercedes Benz were both entered and various items were stolen.
