Millburn Environmental Commission To Hold River Cleanup
The Rahway River event will accept up to 25 participants.

MILLBURN, NJ — The Millburn Township Environmental Commission will host a Rahway River Cleanup this coming Sunday. The cleanup will begin at the Millburn Free Public Library and travel through Downtown Millburn.
Organizers will cap the event at 25 participants.

The organizers note, "We will be in the river, so please dress appropriately! Wear waterproof shoes, long pants and warm layers. Children must be 8 years old and up. Bags and supplies will be provided."
Participants will have an opportunity to learn about invasive species along the banks and the importance of keeping the waterways clean.
