Millburn High To Present Annual Pops Concert

The free, public concert will feature the MHS Millburnettes and Millburnaires, Pops Strings, Jazz Ensemble and Lab Band.

Millburn, NJ - The Music Department of Millburn High School will present its annual Pops Concert on Wednesday, March 30, at 7:30 p.m. in the high school auditorium.

The concert is free and open to the public and the MHS Music Boosters will serve light refreshments in the lobby, according to a school news release.

The concert will feature the Millburnettes and Millburnaires, Pops Strings, Jazz Ensemble and Lab Band. Music will include selections by Tower of Power, Aretha Franklin, Stevie Wonder, Rihanna, George and Ira Gershwin, Quincy Jones, Billy Joel and Frank Sinatra.

Professionally recorded compact discs of the winter concerts will be available for purchase and preorders will be accepted for the upcoming Night of Jazz and spring concerts. Music Booster memberships and donations will also be accepted and all families are encouraged to join.
