Millburn HS A Cappella at Rockn' Joes

Millburn High School's student-led a cappella ensemble, Soulfege, will be performing an informal concert at Rockn Joe in Millburn on Wednesday 5/22, with sets at 5:00 and 6:30. The group invites community members to come to the cafe for food or a caffeine fix between those times to see a cappella performances.

In addition, on May 31, Soulfege will host an acappella festival, SAVE: Students Aid Vocal Education, in the Millburn Middle School auditorium at 7:30pm. All proceeds will be donated to Tunes to Teens, a national initiative to introduce a cappella music to underfunded music programs from around the United States.

Soulfege will perform a set, and various other groups from NJ (at the high school, collegiate, and adult levels) will perform sets as well. If you (and/or your children) like Pitch Perfect, Glee, or the Sing Off, this is one night you definitely don't want to miss. Tickets are $10 at the door, and are $8 for students that purchase tickets in advance.
