Millburn HS French Students Make Mardi Gras Floats (PHOTOS)

MILLBURN, NJ — When the votes had come in, the winner was float #4: “Sous la Mer.”

Millburn High School French 3 students recently celebrated Mardi Gras by decorating Carnival masks and creating floats for the 3rd annual Mardi Gras Float contest.

According to a school news release, this year's theme was "Under the Sea,” with each class designing their own float incorporating elements related to underwater life, as well as using recycled materials as part of the design challenge.
