Millburn Korean Parent Group Awards 5 Students Prizes For Essays

The essay contest theme for 2018 was "What Korea Means to Me." It was open to all juniors and seniors attending Millburn High School.

MILLBURN, NJ — The Korean Parent Organization (KPO) of Millburn/Short Hills recently announced that five local students won prizes in their annual essay competition.

The KPO essay contest theme for 2018 was "What Korea Means to Me." It was open to all juniors and seniors attending Millburn High School. This year’s recipients are: Keith Lamp (12), Helen Liu (11), Sejun Park (12), Roshni Revnkar (12) and Claire Yan (11).

The students will each receive an award and a scholarship of $400. Senior winners will receive their awards at the Academic Awards Ceremony on May 25, organizers said.
