Millburn Library Presents 3 Part Meditation Program This Summer
The Millburn Library has a 3 part program on meditation this June and July, presented by Wellness by Roma.

The Millburn Free Public Library is pleased to welcome Roma Bajaj Kohli from Wellness by Roma for a three-part meditation program this summer. This series of various meditation techniques will help keep you calm, peaceful, and joyful. Each program lasts for 45 minutes and will highlight different techniques and strategies. All programs will be held in the auditorium and will start at 2:00pm.
June 24: 45 Minutes of gratitude, love, and kindness meditation
July 1: Mindfulness meditation: The Power of Now
