In Millburn: Marijuana Arrests, Toy Helicopter Theft, Mall Shopliftings
Police Blotter: June 17 to 21

Editor’s Note: The following incidents are taken directly from the Millburn police blotter, which may not include the full scope of police activity in the area. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
On June 17, 2015, Millburn Police Officer Catinella responded to Tennyson Drive on a report of a suspicious vehicle. The vehicle was located and found to have two passengers. Further investigation led to the arrest of a 19-year-old female from Short Hills, and a 19-year-old male from Millburn, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance (marijuana).
On June 18, 2015, Millburn Police Officer Tichenor responded to Brookstone at The Mall at Short Hills on a theft report. Brookstone personnel report a female concealed three toy helicopters valued at $239 in a bag before leaving the store without making payment. The incident is under investigation by the Millburn Police Department Detective Bureau.

On June 20, 2015, Millburn Police Officer Tavares responded to Bloomingdales at The Mall at Short Hills on a theft report. Bloomingdales personnel report a female selected a wallet valued at $365 and left the store without making payment. The incident is under investigation by the Millburn Police Department Detective Bureau.
On June 21, 2015, Millburn Police Officer Manuyag responded to Bloomingdales at The Mall at Short Hills on a theft report. Bloomingdales personnel reported that three females concealed four articles of clothing valued at $870 and left the store without making payment. The incident is under investigation by the Millburn Police Department Detective Bureau.
