On November 24, 2015, Millburn Police Officer Zonn responded to the Gap at The Mall At Short Hills on a theft report. Gap personnel reported that a 26-year-old woman out of Elizabeth was detained after concealing a pair of pants valued at $34 in a bag and leaving the store without making payment. Police placed the woman under arrest and charged with shoplifting before being released with a court date.

On November 26, 2015, Millburn Police Officer Derosa responded to a Church St. residence on a report of criminal mischief to a motor vehicle. The resident reports between November 21 and November 26, unknown actors broke a passenger side window in his vehicle which was parked in his driveway. The incident is under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.

On November 30, 2015, Millburn Police Officer Kaiser responded to Macy’s at The Mall At Short Hills on a theft report. Macy’s personnel reported that an 18-year-old female employee out of Irvington concealed $60 from her register under her clothing and left the store. Police arrested the woman and charged with theft before being released with a court date.
