On December 1, 2015, Millburn Police Officer Zonn responded to the Agent Provocateur store at The Mall at Short Hills on a theft report. Agent Provocateur personnel report noticing a missing robe valued at $990 from a display. The incident is under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.

On December 3, 2015, Millburn Police Officer Zonn responded to the Macy’s parking deck at The Mall at Short Hills on a criminal mischief report. A mall patron reports returning to her parked 2005 Volkswagen and finding the passenger side window shattered. The incident is under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.

On December 4, 2015, Millburn Police Officer Lanni responded to Bloomingdales at The Mall at Short Hills on a report of a credit card fraud. Enroute to the call Officer Lanni noticed 50 year old Elsie Hobbs out of Illinois who matched the description of the actor involved in the fraud. The investigation led to the arrest of Hobbs for forgery, theft by deception, and identity theft. Hobbs allegedly used stolen credits cards at Bloomingdales, Lululemon, Saks Fifth Ave, and Nordstroms for a total value of $5,013. Hobbs was charged and transported to the Essex County Correctional Facility.

On December 5, 2015, Millburn Police Officer Manuyag responded to True Religion at The Mall at Short Hills on a theft report. True Religion personnel report 22 year old Michael St. Keron out of Brooklyn concealed $922 worth of merchandise from True Religion and left the store without making payment. St. Keron was placed under arrest and found to have three additional articles of stolen clothing from the Express store, valued at $324, as well as a bag of marijuana in his possession. St. Keron was charged with shoplifting, receiving stolen property, possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of burglary tools. St. Keron was released with a court date.
