The Millburn township announcement about free parking reads:

“All meters and lots for patron parking throughout Millburn Township will be free until Sunday December 31st 2016. This is an extension of the annual ‘Free Holiday Parking’ to promote local businesses. Time restrictions for patron parking still apply. All-day parking as well as commuter and permit parking rules are still in effect. Street parking on the north side of Millburn Ave (from Dunkin Donuts to Starbucks) is open. This parking area is made of concrete but is intended to be used as parking. Pedestrians and drivers please use caution.”
