Millburn Spa Says Man Asked For Massage, Dropped Pants: Police

MILLBURN, NJ — A Millburn spa reported that a “lewd” encounter with a local man took place last week, police say.

According to the Millburn Police Department, officers responded to a report of a suspicious male at the Main Street spa on Oct. 21. On arrival, the officers spoke with the owner of the spa, who told them that the man allegedly came into the business several times asking for a massage.

When spa staff told him to leave, the man allegedly dropped his pants and exposed his buttocks, police said.

Officers located the 56-year-old Millburn man shortly after the encounter and placed him under arrest. Authorities charged him with lewdness and released him with a court date.
