Millburn Student Filmmaker Accepted Into International Festival

Millburn High School senior Jasen Aziz's film, "Lapse," will be shown at the International Student Film Festival Hollywood.

A Millburn student filmmaker joined moviemaking contemporaries from around the world when his short film, “Lapse” was accepted into the International Student Film Festival Hollywood.

Jasen Aziz, a senior at Millburn High School, was one of 57 filmmakers selected to participate in the festival, which features movies from students in junior high to graduate school.

Aziz’s film was also recently featured at the Millburn Film Fest.

The 13th annual International Student Film Festival Hollywood will take place on Nov. 14 and 15, at The Garland Hotel in North Hollywood. The festival will include two days of screenings featuring this year’s selected films, and will culminate with the awards ceremony taking place on Nov. 15.
