For Native Plant Appreciation Month In Millburn, Several Events Planned
The Millburn Green Team is encouraging the community to add native plants to their yards this month in order to help the local ecosystem.
MILLBURN, NJ — The Millburn Green Team has coordinated events all through April in honor of “Native Plant Appreciation Month.” They are encouraging the community to add native plants to their yards.
The month is meant to bring awareness to the role that native plants play in sustaining native species biodiversity in the local ecosystem.

The team has also partnered with the Great Swamp Watershed Association for a native plant sale starting April 1.
