Millburn police arrested a Neiman Marcus employee for allegedly attempting to pull off a credit and gift card scheme totaling nearly $100,000 at the Mall at Short Hills store on July 22.According to police, Todd Heibel, 39, attempted to make 26 fraudulent returns to credit and gift cards worth a total of $97,781.Police placed Heibel under arrest after he was detained by store security personnel. He was charged with theft by deception and released pending a court date.
