New Business, Apartments Coming To Millburn Avenue
The Schultz Furrier building is getting ready for new life.

MILLBURN, NJ - The former Schultz Furrier location at 346 Millburn Ave, near the corner of Main Street is readying for new businesses and apartments, according to Downtown Millburn.
Most recently the bridal shop was on the street level and according to officials there a pair of luxury rental units, one each on the second and third floors with an elevator.
The units are about 1,100 square feet each and should be ready by September, if construction moves well. Several multi-story buildings in downtown have residential apartments upstairs so officials noted this is not at all unusual and is very common in many nearby shopping districts.
