According to Romano, it doesn’t take a lot of time to alter one's state of mind through movement. Microbursts, shorter movement periods that optimize proper posture and body mechanics, and which get back to the basics of developmental movement, are more beneficial than most people realize. Contrary to a current mindset in exercise that more and harder is better, there can be a downside to exercising too hard for too long. It can actually worsen a difficult state of mind.

New Videos - Watch “Move for Longevity"
To address this need, Longevity Personal Fitness has released a series of videos titled, “Move For Longevity” (https://youtu.be/AB7tvjY1XmA) that offer a single movement per video that people can do on their own. For people who have not been moving at all, it is a safe way to start. For those who already have an exercise practice in place, it offers movements that can be added to a warm-up or cool-down that helps keep the body balanced. For those who prone to injury in their fitness routines, the exercises are a way to help prevent injury. The movements are easy, safe and are based on functional movement patterns. The entire series can be combined for individuals to create a whole 30-minute program.
