The new restaurant at 27 Main Street is the brainchild of an expatriate husband and wife team, one from Australia and one from Austria.
According to a company news release, the owners of Common Lot, Ehren Ryan and his wife Nadine, wanted to create an environment for “convivial, casual, fine dining that reflects their global experience and training,” while using super-fresh ingredients from local purveyors.
