New Tide Dry Cleaning Store Opens In Millburn Area
It can take up to $1.46 million to open a Tide Dry Cleaning franchise.
Summit, NJ – Tide Dry Cleaners, located at 26 Morris Turnpike in Summit, recently celebrated its grand opening with a ribbon cutting ceremony coordinated by The Millburn-Short Hills Chamber of Commerce.
The Summit location offers drop off and pick up services via a drive up valet area, same day service and “24 / 7 drop off and pick up” using an automated kiosk system, according to the store’s website.
“Tide is expanding beyond home laundry care with a dry cleaning service,” a company press release stated.

According to the Tide Dry Cleaners website, it costs between $632,000 and $1.46 million to open a local “Plant Store.”
Minimum financial requirements include $500,000 in liquid capital, $1 million in net worth and a $20,000 franchise fee.
