NYT: Trader Joe's Coming?

Trader Joe's and PetSmart are in negotiations to split the former Whole Foods space on Millburn Avenue, according to a report on the New York Times' Local.

PetSmart's store would be retail only and not include a pet hotel, which drew opposition from area residents, as was proposed in a previous application. Trader Joe's representatives are not confirming they hope to move into the Millburn location.
