October 27 Township Committee Special Meeting Notice

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq., and in consideration of Executive Order No. 103, issued by Governor Murphy on March 9, 2020, declaring a State of Emergency and a Public Health Emergency in the State of New Jersey, and Senate Bill 2294, adopted into law which allows public bodies to conduct meetings and provide notice by electronic means during periods of such emergency, the Township of Millburn does hereby notify the public that to protect the health, safety and welfare of our citizens while ensuring the continued functioning of government, the Special Meeting of the Millburn Township Committee is scheduled for October 27, 2020 at Millburn Town Hall, 375 Millburn Avenue, Millburn, New Jersey will be held both in person with possible occupancy limitation and also electronically beginning at 10:00 a.m.

Formal action is expected to be taken at this meeting in order to consider a resolution pertaining to rescinding the Request for Proposals for Professionals - Township Planner and Township Attorney.

All attendees shall wear a mask and shall maintain the appropriate social distance from other attendees. There may be occupancy limitations as per New Jersey State Law which will be enforced by the township. Members of the public who wish to participate in the meeting may electronically by phone or computer via ZOOM with details listed below. Individuals calling into this number will be able to fully participate in the meeting during the appropriate public comment period. You will be prompted during the appropriate public comment period and in order to be heard you shall press *6 if you call in by phone or if attending by computer/device please click raise hand button.
