Openings and Closings: Cianci Out, Osteria Meditranea In

Spring time is bringing more business change in downtown Millburn as new stores are getting ready to open.

Millburn Pet Shop recently opened after moving from Maplewood. A sign in the door at what will be Curate says it is slated to open on April 21. The store is pitched as a gift shop.

Cianci, a cafe on Main Street, closed recently, and it will be replaced by Osteria Meditranea, an Italian restaurant. Papillon, an Italian mensware store, will be opening on Lackawanna Place.

Also, a sign in the window of what was the location of Signal Graphics states Gina's Bakery will open in May. The Planning Board approved the bakery in March.
