Openings and Closings: New Stores and Renovations Downtown
Osteria Mediterrania and Papillon are now open.
Several stores and restaurants downtown have opened after months of preparing, and two more are closed for renovations.
Osteria Mediterrania, an Italian restaurant, has opened on Main Street. It's at the location that was once home to Cianci, which closed last spring. Papillon, an Italian mensware store, has opened on Lackawanna Place.
Meanwhile, Epicerie Fine, which replaces Tea Together on Millburn Avenue, is closed for renovations. The store will continue to sell gourmet, specialty food. OMG, short for Oh My Gifts, has closed on Millburn Avenue for renovations. The store was once Linda's Gifts and opened last fall.

Also, Exquisite Bride, located at the corner of Lackawanna Place and Essex Street, will be relocating to Springfield.
