Reeves-Reed Arboretum presents "A Quiet Man...at the Crossroads" Paintings of Ireland, Summit and the World by Tony Crowe
Opening reception St. Patrick's Day, 5-7pm at the Hat Tavern at the Grand Summit Hotel, Summit, NJ.

On Thursday, March 17, 5-7pm, Reeves-Reed Arboretum and the Hat Tavern present the works of Summit resident Tony Crowe. This collection of 35 works of art chosen for this exhibit, entitled "A Quiet Man...at the Crossroads," includes paintings of Ireland, Summit and the world. Fittingly enough, the opening reception is scheduled for this Thursday, St. Patrick's Day, in honor of Tony's homeland and the subject of many of his paintings. Now in retirement from almost 28 years with the Summit Police Department, Tony is dedicating more and more time to creating beautiful works that speak to his first love , Ireland, his home, Summit, and many other subjects from which he derives inspiration.
The exhibition will run through the month of June. All the artworks are for sale, and the artist will donate 30% of all purchases to Reeves-Reed Arboretum.
The Hat Tavern is located at 570 Springfield Avenue at the Grand Summit Hotel, Summit, NJ 07901.
