Short Hills' Thomas Hildner Joins Mandelbaum Salsburg

ROSELAND, N.J., Dec. 16, 2016 – Mandelbaum Salsburg, P.C., one of New Jersey’s oldest and most respected law firms, announced today that Thomas V. Hildner, a Short Hills resident, joined the Firm Of Counsel.

Hildner joins the Firm Of Counsel, and brings more than 45 years’ experience to its Commercial & Corporate Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Practices.

Hildner has handled commercial litigation, fraud, insurance, construction, and product liability cases. His insurance work includes commercial property and liability insurance coverage, representing corporate policy holders, as well as insurers. Hildner has extensive trial and appellate experience in family law matters representing doctors, lawyers, accountants and other professionals and their spouses. He is a mediator for family law and other civil litigation matters, a member of the Marie Garibaldi ADR Inn of Court, and has been appointed in numerous cases as an Arbitrator by the U.S. District Court of New Jersey. In 2013, Hildner, a resident of Short Hills, was appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court to the District VB Fee Arbitration Committee and serves as a Panel Chairperson.

He joins from Podvey Meanor, Catenacci, Hildner, Cocoziello and Chattman, P.C., where he practiced for the past 39 years. Hildner earned his JD from the University of Virginia School of Law and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame.
