Suspicious Vehicle Report Nets DWI Arrest: Millburn Police

Jackson Miller was charged with driving under the influence and possession, police said.

MILLBURN, NJ - A 21-year-old Maplewood man was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and possession after a motor vehicle stop on Feb. 3, according to the Millburn Police Department.

According to authorities, Millburn Police Officer McMillan responded to Church and Spring on a report of a suspicious vehicle. The investigation led to the arrest of Jackson Miller of Maplewood for driving under the influence and possession of a controlled dangerous substance, marijuana, police said.

Miller was issued a summons and released.
