Tai-Chi and Meditation at the Millburn Library

Come to the Millburn Library's Tai-Chi and Meditation program, part of their summer Healthy Living Series.

Have you wondered about how Tai-Chi and meditation can help you live a healthier life? The Millburn Library is pleased to offer a Tai-Chi, Chi Kung, and Meditation class on Friday, July 1 at 2 pm in the auditorium. This program will be conducted by Miriam Shankman, from the Mir-Yam School. Ms. Shankman has been practicing Tai-Chi, Chi Kung, and meditation for over 12 years, and teaches students from 2 to 82 years old. She also presents workshops and seminars to associations on the state and national levels.

This is the first of the Millburn Library's Healthy Living Series. Sign up on the library's calendar or call the library at 973-376-1006.
