The Millburn Free Public Library is pleased to welcome meditation expert Roma Bajaj Kohli to the library on Wednesday, April 3, 2019 at 7:00pm. She will be discussing tips and tricks for meditation.

Guests will learn how to: pause, reset, and recharge. You will learn to improve your focus, concentration, and reduce stress and anxiety. You will increase your energy levels. Come join us for this hour-long presentation.
