Three Jailed After Fraud, Heroin Arrest: Millburn Police
Samuel Bola, Aaron Smart and Jabril Boon were remanded to the Essex County Correctional Facility.
MILLBURN, NJ - A pair of 29-year-old East Orange men and a 32-year-old East Orange man were arrested and charged with theft, fraud and drug charges after an incident with police on May 8, according to the Millburn Police Department.
According to authorities, Officer Barbosa responded to mall security at the Mall at Short Hills on a fraud report. Mall security reported recovering a fanny pack containing stolen credit cards and the investigation led to the arrest of 29-year-old Samuel Bola, 32-year-old Aaron Smart and 29-year-old Jabril Boon for credit card fraud, credit card theft, receiving stolen property, and possession of a controlled dangerous substance, heroin, police said.
All three individuals were remanded to the Essex County Correctional Facility, police said.
